| To validate and confirm their order, the participant must first: |

| - Add the selected product to their basket. |
| - Apply the discount code at the “Review and Pay” stage. |
| - Read and accept the general terms and conditions of participation. |
| Once the order has been successfully placed, the participant will receive a confirmation email. The Vype StarterKit will be sent to the participant free of charge by post within 3 to 5 working days (Standard delivery only). Orders placed after 12:30 (UTC + 2) will be sent on the next working day. |
| British American Tobacco Switzerland SA (hereinafter: BAT) is not liable for the loss or theft of packages sent by post. In such cases, the participant waives any right to obtain a new Vype StarterKit. |
